Employment & digital skills
Confidence, CVs and a computer to call your own
Looking for work is hard enough without also having to learn how to use email, fill in an online form, or write a CV in a second language. That’s where our employment and digital skills sessions come in.

How it works
Practical help, one step at a time
Our IT training covers the basics that many job applications now assume everyone already has — using a keyboard and mouse, sending an email, filling in an online form, and staying safe online. It’s taught in the same building where people can then put those skills straight to use.
Employment support sits alongside it: help with CVs and interview preparation, plus practical travel training so a new job somewhere unfamiliar in the city doesn’t feel like a barrier before it’s even started.
Both strands run as part of our wider 2025–26 learning programme, alongside our core ESOL classes.
