Impact report
Our impact, in full
How Birmingham City Council’s £7,000 Warm Welcome Spaces funding reached local people in March 2025, plus what our 2025–26 learning and training programme is achieving on Chesterton Road.
Where the funding went
£7,000 turned into 2,625 meals
Every pound of Birmingham City Council’s funding was tracked against a specific service, from food boxes to volunteer coordination, so we could show exactly where community support goes.
Why people came to us
Energy costs are the number one reason
We ask everyone who visits what brought them through the door. Understanding this helps us and our funders target support where it’s needed most.
Training & learning programme
275 learners, September 2025 to July 2026
Alongside our Warm Welcome Space, our year-round learning programme runs weekly ESOL classes and a wide range of practical training.
275 total participants · ESOL runs 8 hrs/week · 416 training hours delivered this year
Also runs: fire, health & safety, home safety, safeguarding and road safety training, theory and practical driving practice, interview preparation, and weekly current-affairs and conversation sessions.
Help us do even more next year
Every pound, hour and connection helps us keep the Warm Welcome Space open and our learning programme growing.
